Daily Helping for August 6th, 2021 – Mizuki Shinagawa

A photo of aerial silks performer Mizuki Shinagawa, suspended in the air by red silks, the material flowing around her, against a black backdrop.

It’s been months since I last featured an aerial silks performance. But today they are back with a bang. And I mean that quite literally, because this performance by Mizuki Shinagawa is simply banging. Everything about it is so dramatic. The movements, the red silks, the lighting, the drums. I love it so much. It’s exactly what I needed to get pumped for the weekend, and it just may well be my favourite aerial silks performance yet.

Happy Friday all!
