Technically, today’s daily helping shouldn’t count for this challenge, because I’ve already featured Yinka Shonibare in a previous daily hart. However, I was so struck by Woman Shooting Cherry Blossoms, I’ve decided to make an exception to my rules for this challenge. This piece is bold, dramatic, and incredibly profound to see up close. Yinka Shonibare is clearly a master of multiple artistic mediums, and so I’m thrilled to feature his work twice. Love this.
