It’s Friday! You know what that means. It’s time for another Kpop discovery. And this week is a bit unique, because I’ve somehow managed to stumble upon xikers less than two months after their official debut. This is new for me, because usually when I discover a new Kpop group, I have years worth of content to sift through to decide what song I’m going to feature. xikers has only released a handful so far, so this task was markedly less time consuming this time around. But no less enjoyable. I finally settled on “Rockstar” because it is definitely a Friday night banger. It also somehow manages to sound exactly like a debut song, in all the best ways, and I can’t wait to see where this group goes next. Hopefully they have a long career ahead of them.
