I’m veering away from my usual Sunday post this week. Sundays are normally when I talk about hard-hitting documentaries, social issue pieces, or artworks that required research into different cultural contexts. But since this past week has been a week, I needed a break from all that. Instead, I found this wonderful video by hula hoop dancer Silvia Pavone. She uses LED and black out technology to create something beautiful, visually spectacular, and fun. And after the week I’ve had, I really needed all of the above. So thank you Silvia Pavone and your LED hula hoops. This was exactly what I needed today.
