Today I felt like listening to a choir. I sang in numerous choirs when I was a child, and I’ve always loved the complex and beautiful arrangements that choirs are able to produce. After a quick search, I landed on this beautiful piece by the Ndlovu Youth Choir of South Africa. This is basically everything I love about choral performances in one three minute song. The undulating voices, the harmonies, the mixture of soaring and soft moments building throughout. This is the type of song that only a choir can do justice to, and this particular arrangement is absolutely stunning. I have a feeling more choral performances are on the horizon, because I definitely need more music like this in my life.
