It’s Friday! Time to dance my way into the weekend! I know I tend to say this every week, but this past week saw the launch of a project I’ve been working on for months, so I’m feeling particularly celebratory today. Enter Norwegian singer MIIA. The first song of hers that I discovered was “Dynasty“, and I love it. But it’s a bit sombre for a Friday. “Celebrate Your Life” however? Perfection. It’s exactly what I wanted to hear this morning. Could it be seen as a bit too hubristic? Perhaps. But this week was a good week and I feel like celebrating that, so “Celebrate Your Life” it is.
