It’s never a good sign when you go looking for a Friday night song on a Thursday. Yes, it’s been a long week. But thankfully, I came across this rock band from Laos just in time. Based on this song alone, I would describe Cells as the Laotian Linkin Park, and I love the fact that they provide a pronunciation guide for the lyrics in this video. I also love the delightfully DIY feel of it overall. There’s something very rock and roll about it.
So there you have it. A Friday night song on a Thursday. Hopefully I won’t need another band like Cells tomorrow…
